Lindsay Pirozzi, MS, CRC, began her yoga practice in Upstate New York at the start of 2008. A former Division 1 soccer player and former Mental Health counselor, Lindsay immediately felt yoga’s positive overall health contribution to her life, nourishing her desire for physical
challenge, emotional balance and self-discipline. She was so taken, in fact, that she was eventually moved to dedicate part of her life to spreading yoga’s good will. 

Lindsay's classes are designed with meaning, healing the body from the outside in. Her classes leave practitioners feeling optimistic and dedicated to their unique goals.
